I am Detra M. Betts, founder of BOSS Connections, a consulting practice focused on leadership development, organizational health, and trauma-informed transformation. My work is shaped by years of executive leadership in the nonprofit sector, where I served as an Executive Director, supporting organizations serving vulnerable and historically marginalized populations.
I help leaders strengthen systems, develop trauma-informed practices, and build organizational cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and resilience.
